Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate billing accordingly.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers.
No setup fees ever. The price you see is the price you pay. We also offer free data migration from other platforms.
The platform fee is a small percentage (1%) added to each payment you process through FlipSide on Starter and Growth plans. Upgrade to Pro to eliminate it entirely. At $25,000+/month in transactions, Pro pays for itself.
SMS is pay-per-use at $0.03 per segment on all plans. A standard text message (160 characters or less) is 1 segment. Longer messages or messages with emojis may use multiple segments. You can set a monthly budget cap in your settings.
You can continue operating with your existing students — we never lock you out. You just won't be able to add new students until you upgrade to Growth ($49/mo) for unlimited students.
On the Pro plan, you can add additional locations for $199/month each. Each location gets its own dashboard, staff, and schedule. If you're not on Pro, each location would need its own Growth account.
