Most gyms are fully operational within 24-48 hours. Our onboarding wizard guides you through importing your data, setting up classes, and configuring billing. Our team is available to help with migration from other platforms.
Yes! We offer free data migration from all major gym management platforms including JackRabbit, iClassPro, Zen Planner, and more. Our team handles the entire process to ensure nothing gets lost in transition.
Absolutely! We provide free onboarding sessions for your entire team. We also have an extensive help center with video tutorials, and our support team is always happy to answer questions.
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. You can even import your real data during the trial to see how it works with your actual setup.

Billing & Payments
We support credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers, and even cash/check tracking for in-person payments. Parents can set up autopay for hassle-free recurring payments.
The platform fee is a small percentage added to each payment processed through FlipSide. It covers payment processing costs. Higher tier plans have lower or no platform fees. The fee is clearly shown on each plan.
Yes! You can create custom payment plans for camps, competitions, or any large purchase. Set the number of installments, dates, and amounts. FlipSide handles the rest automatically.
You can issue full or partial refunds right from the FlipSide dashboard. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Create custom skill progressions for each program. Coaches mark skills as introduced, in progress, or mastered right from their phone or tablet. Parents see skill summaries and progress in their portal.
Yes! Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple locations from a single dashboard. Staff, classes, and families can be assigned to specific locations while sharing a unified billing system.
